We knew we'd see SOME snow, but neither of us had any idea that is would be close or near as much as there was... What you might not know is that there is a VERY large mountain behind us. Know which one?
This one, in fact.
That was the best and only view we got.
We were able to see lots of beautiful things on this excursion, but those pictures will need to come later. Don't you love the suspense?
I had full intensions of being able to take a hike. It was listed as a 1.5 mile loop hike with great views of the mountain. Turns out this was that hike.
Needless to say, neither of us went on that. We did, however have a blast on our little side trip!
