The arboretum in the Fall.

Last Fall, our playgroup made a trip to the Arboretum to see the pumpkin patch, and it was so much fun, we knew we had to go again this year (last year). We missed the official playgroup trip while we were in NYC, but we made our own little trip last week with N, G, Jack, and Jack's mom. It was fun and Egan was the only kid who got lost. Don't worry, I found him running around the hay maze. The kids had fun playing in the pumpkins.

Egan had fun climbing the hay bales.

And in true Egan form, jumping off.

(Side note, I caught him twice yesterday jumping off the couch. As in, literally caught him in mid air. Don't worry, he had thrown two little pillows on to the floor to cushion his landing. Too bad I don't think they would have really helped him.)

All the kids enjoyed a lolly pop after a picnic lunch. They all thought that was pretty cool.

It was Egan's first.

Remember this picture from last year at the arboretum?

What a difference a year makes!
