cars, cooking, candles, and my "cooky" neighbor

I've got a quick hodgepodge of stuff to share. None of it is really huge or important, but I thought I'd share it none the less.
These first pictures were taken during our last trip to my parent's house, but I forgot to post them. Egan is playing with my brother's old hot wheels. He has one at home, but has never seen so many!

Here's a fun one. Yes, it is real. No it wasn't plugged in. This is the sight I saw when I walked in from the garage. I will share about the project I was working on soon. Blake said it was the most entertaining toy he's seen in a while.

This was one of my birthday gifts. Isn't it pretty? This night I was making stuffed bell peppers!

I've had several friends tell me about the awesomeness of these candles. I thought it was about time our house had something "Fallish", so I got two of these! One for the kitchen and one for the living room. It smells sooooo good.

How are the dogs these days? Glad you asked. Bo is good. This is his favorite spot and his favorite activity... behind eating.

Maggie is good too. She and Egan have fun running and playing when she isn't napping. Here is a picture I took just earlier today with my cellphone.

Meet my neighbor.

I bet he's glad he installed this nice big window so that he can still watch the game on tv while he's smoking. I snuck this picture Saturday from the inside our house. Ha! Happy week!

  1. LOVE the vintage toys... But a SUITCASE of goodies in MASS quantity? Be still, Pip's beating heart!
Three cheers for dutch ovens, and wondering if those candles are from Bath & Body?

  2. P.S. Just REALLY looked at Egan in that banner photo again and I cannot believe how much he has grown since that photo (I think a lot of it has to do with the curls)! :)
