Because I think my son is so funny

I've got a few videos from the last few days. Egan has started talking... a lot. He can now repeat most any word I say. Some sound like the real thing, some don't, but it is a huge improvement over his one favorite word, "dada".
In the first video, he is arguing with Blake that the strawberries Blake is feeding him are actually apples. He does this almost daily with various fruit. (If you can't see the video below, try this link.)

Here's another funny one. This was one evening right before bed (hence the darkness). We never really taught him what was on his shirt, but he knows these animals from books and the paintings on his wall. None of them look like the animals on his shirt, so I'm impressed he recognized them! (Again, if you can't see the video below, try this link.)

This last one is one that Blake took. By the time he got the video going, you missed the first 9 trips around Blake and Egan had slowed down the running. I still think it is funny. Oh, and that toy at the end is Maggie's. Egan constantly taunts her with it. Most of the time he picks it up and runs with it so she is forced to chase him. This time, she got it before he could take off. (Here's the link.)

  1. Wow, Egan is so great! It's amazing how fast they pick up words.
